Our Asset Management team has the experience and expertise to both provide consultation during design and construction and manage operational-period complexities on Public-Private Partnership (P3) projects. Getting involved early allows us to bring facility operators' experience to the table during pre-construction and construction. Understanding how a building was constructed puts us at an advantage for maintenance and optimization over our 30-year contracts.
The long-term nature of our contracts allows us to build strong client relationships based on confidence and trust. And because we're so skilled at balancing client and operator objectives, our in-house services are often re-engaged by clients wanting to continue to enhance facilities and ensure they’re future-proofed.
